1. Who can use XoXO Club

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. By registering you confirm that you are of legal age and that the details you give us are true.

One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

2. What XoXO Club is

XoXO Club is an introduction and companionship platform. We list profiles, let you browse them and arrange introductions through our team.

We are not an employer of the people listed, and we do not act as an agent for any arrangement you make with them beyond the introduction itself. Any time booked is for companionship only.

3. Your account

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Registration requires a valid referral code. Codes are single use.
• Tell us immediately if you think someone else is using your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

4. How you must behave

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse or pressure anyone on the platform
• Ask for or offer anything unlawful
• Share another member's photos, number or details without their consent
• Record or photograph anyone without their clear permission
• Post false information or impersonate anyone
• Attempt to bypass our team to contact profiles directly
• Use the app for advertising, scraping or any automated access

Breaking any of these can result in immediate, permanent removal without refund, and where appropriate we will report the matter to the police.

5. Bookings and payments

• Bookings are arranged and confirmed by our team, not inside the app.
• Prices, duration and terms are agreed before a booking is confirmed.
• A profile marked Booked is not available at that time.
• Cancellation terms are told to you at the time of booking.
• Payments made outside our team's arrangement are entirely at your own risk.

6. Referrals and rewards

• Your referral code is single use and changes each time someone signs up with it.
• Rewards are credited only after our team verifies that the person you referred took a service.
• Reward rates are set by us and can change at any time.
• Withdrawals are arranged with our team and deducted from your wallet balance.
• Rewards have no cash value until a withdrawal is approved, and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• We may cancel rewards gained through fake signups or any other abuse.

7. Content on the platform

Photos, names and profile details belong to the people they describe or to us. You may not copy, download, republish or reuse them anywhere.

Anything you send us — feedback, complaints, messages — may be used to run and improve the service.

8. Availability

We try to keep XoXO Club running at all times, but we do not guarantee it. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time.

9. Limits on our liability

We introduce people. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or in person, and we cannot guarantee that anyone is who they say they are beyond the checks we describe.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or puts other members at risk. Unclaimed rewards are forfeited when an account is closed for a breach.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use XoXO Club after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
